Originally ordered August 13th and they arrived August 31st. Very good shipping speed from Hong Kong to western canada, and they arrived well protected.
As soon as I tried them on, I could tell they were too small. I had ordered my usual size--39 (US8.5-9). I could barely zip them up and my toes were hitting the end of the toe box. They were a full size too small.
I contacted customer service right away to arrange for an exchange for the same shoe in a larger size. I ordered size 40 (US 9.5-10) and paid US$25 for the shipping of the second pair. The first pair I gave to a co-worker, who loves them and has pronounced them "art for my feet!".
The larger pair arrived September 20th, and they are the correct size for me. My toes have room and I can zip them up easily. The main body of the shoes is a bluish-grey velvet with a floral print in red, cream, green, and blue and the toe of the shoe is grey leather. Have worn them once and am very happy with them. Because of the higher heel, my foot slid forward a bit, but that stopped after a few hours of wear. Because of arthritis in my big toe joints, I will be adding metatarsal pads (there's enough room) which will stop that entirely.

They are too small, I can't get them on! How can I get them in a size 10, as the 9.5 is way too small -- but they are BEAUTIFUL and I LOVE them. Thank you

These are beautiful shoes, a little tight around the top-I do however have a high instep & broad feet. They are lovely and soft though, so I think they will be great with a bit of wear.
