2. Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we will try our best to improve on this issue.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately before the item enters the processing stage.
Processing Time
Most handmade products are delivered within 3-5 days.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers may take a few days to activate on the tracking website.
If tracking information is unavailable, try again later. The estimated shipping time remains valid.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout for added peace of mind.
Tax and Duties
All packages ship from MetCandy Warehouses.
A small number of countries may require customs clearance. If your order incurs a customs tax, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.
