Shipment Upgrade Notice
We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we've upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for US, AUS, CA customers!
From 11th, May,2019, customers can enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over USD$50 (shipping cost excluded) (it was FREE FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders over USD$49 before this upgrading). The order amount for free shipping has been increased due to the rise of shipping cost, which is out the consideration of providing better service and faster delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
*Please note:
1.The new shipping system takes effect from May.01 2:00 CDT, and the orders before this will still be shipped out with our old shipping system. Practically, we ensure 95% of the orders delivered in time. For some remote places, it may take a bit longer.
Most of the shoes are handmade products so it may take more time to produce than normally shoes.
2.All packages have specific tracking information.

2.Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Processing
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Most of the products are hand-made, so the delivery time is usually longer than ordinary products. We usually deliver within 3-7 days. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-15 business days depending on the difficulty of the production process.
NOTE: For some handmade products, they may take longer than normal.
Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.

Tracking Your Order
For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
We high recommend that customers purchase a shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for their package.

In general, there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs. if unfortunately, your order needs to clear customs tax, and you need to make a payment other, please contact us directly first. We will do our best to solve the matter for you, please do not worry about it.
