I love these clogs! This was the first pair of shoes from this site that ran a little small for me; I'm a true US size 9 and normally wear a European size 40, but in these I needed a 41. The return process was wonderful and fast; I've never needed customer service before but they get a 5 out of 5 for me! Very courteous and helpful.
These shoes were not the quality of the first 2 pairs I purchased. The front of the shoe does not lay down and has "ripples" for lack of better words in between the decorative brads.
