Waited a long time for these to arrive. They were 'tied up' in a shipping post forever. However, after emailing customer service, and receiving a very quick response, it seems like they arrived within days afterward. I am VERY HAPPY with the look, quality and comfort of these boots. They seem to run just a tiny bit too long in the toe, but that's ok, as it gives me the little extra room for foot growth by the end of the day.
