At Superladystar, we are committed to ensuring 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We offer free and easy returns. All purchases can be returned within 30 days after receiving the last package of your order.

1. Don't Like Something You Bought?
We will provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned items.

2. Quality Issues
We strive for excellence, and quality issues are rare. However, if you receive a product with quality problems:
We will remake the product for you at no cost. You do not need to return the defective item.
Additionally, we will provide a shopping card worth 10% of the item's value as compensation.

3. Not Fit
Our sizes follow standard measurements. Simply order your usual size. However, if:
The size doesn’t fit, or you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time free remake service.
You don’t need to return the original product. Just inform us of the new size, and we’ll remake the item.
While the new shoes are free, you will need to pay a shipping fee of $30–$35, depending on the product.

4. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order (e.g., style, size, color):
We will send you the correct item. There is no cost to you and shipping will be borne by us!
You do not need to return the original product. Consider it a gift, which you can donate or give to someone in need.
Your 100% satisfaction has been our goal for over 10 years!

5. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping or Production: You can cancel your order for a full refund.
After Shipping or Production: Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.

6. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
All items in the package must be intact.
If these conditions are not met, you will bear the associated costs.

7. Shipping Time
For handmade products, we will ship within 7 days. Delivery typically takes 10–15 days. 

8. Shipping Fees
If the Return Is Customer-Initiated: You are responsible for the shipping fee, which depends on the courier you choose.
If the Return Is Due to Our Error (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods): We will cover the shipping fees.
Please Note: Items from the "Mystery Box" collection are non-returnable or exchangeable, except for quality issues.

9. How to Make a Return
We offer two simple ways:
Online Return Application: Log in to the user center on our website and apply for a return or exchange. Or directly access our Easy Return.
Email Us: Send an email with your order number to services@superladystar.com.

Return Process:
We will review your request within 48 hours.
Once approved, you will receive a return label or the return address closest to you.
For Exchanges: Once the request is approved, we will ship the replacement as soon as the new item is ready.

For Refunds: After receiving your returned items, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days and issue it to your original payment method.

Kind Reminder
All return requests must be authorized by our customer service. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Do not return items to the address on the original package, as it is not our return address. Doing so may delay your refund.
Once authorized, we will provide the return address closest to you for faster processing.
