Sadly myself or the company ordered/sent the wrong size? I wear a 9.5 US size and I received a Size 5. I checked about return or refund and the shipping and fee for new shoes is too expensive and not something I choose to do. I will try to donate these shoes to someone with a small foot.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! Not only are they unique and go with everything, they are also super comfortable. There is great padding inside and the leather is nice and soft. I’ve never ordered shoes online before, afraid they wouldn’t fit, might not be as nice as they appear in pictures, quality might be lacking or they’d never arrive. None of those fears were real in this case. Shoes were true to size and the quality is excellent. They did take a while to get here but that was made clear up front so I’m okay with that. Super happy with this purchase.

These shoes (Retro Handmade Floral Leather Low-Heel Pumps) are just as they appear in the picture - ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE! I was looking for something unique and these are it. I took a chance ordering from this company and so far I am very pleased.
They took 5-6 weeks to arrive which is the time the company said it would take. I was able to track the order.
I feel they fit true to size. I usually wear a size 8 but these type of boot pumps usually have a smaller fit so I ordered an 8.5. They are a tiny bit large in the heel, and I wear them with low cut socks, but my toes fit comfortably up front. I'm hoping the leather won't stretch to make them too big.
They came wrapped only in a paper container but they arrived unharmed.
They had an odd smell when I first unwrapped them but it went away quickly.
I've only worn them for a short period of time. My feet were as comfortable as they could be for wearing a low heel. I don't typically wear heels.
Now, only time will tell. How will they hold up?

The only thing that I would suggest is the heal plate should be made of more sustainable material. The last pair I bought, the heal plate cracked and broke and I took the pair to a cobbler who promptly fixed them and said he liked the shoes.

I love the shoes and they are comfortable. The only issue is that they have a very strong chemical odor. I put lavender sachets inside of them and put them in a sack with a box of baking soda for a week or so. That helped.
