I wear European shoe size 40, and ordered size 9.5 from the size chart. The shoes turned out to be huge and wide. Although the quality is very well made and beautiful.
I wrote a letter to the company, the manager found out in detail what shoes I was wearing, I wanted to change to size 9, but he persuaded me to change to size 8.5. They sent me a new pair of 8.5s and they fit really well.

I love my new shoes! I love color and it's hard to find colorful shoes, never mind beautiful works of art! My problem is that I have terrible bunions, so they DO hurt a bit...I'm not able to wear them all day, unfortunately. I hope you'll consider offering wide widths in the future for people like me. As far as shipping time, of course we are always anxious to get something new, so while it may not actually take that long, it seems like forever!
