Love the fact that they were replaced. Unfortunately the soles/heels are slightly different on the second pair, and they still are a little wide, but overall love the quality & the style.
The original pair I ordered did not fit properly. The ones that are more shoe-like apparently run small. Customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was able to choose another pair and only pay the shipping charge of $35. I was happy to do that because these boots are really awesome and there’s no other place to find something like them. I now have four pairs and will definitely be ordering more!
I love Super Lady Star boots and I have many pairs that fit beautifully. I bought the red buckle boots and they were a slightly different cut and a bit too tight....oh no! I contacted the Super Lady Star team via email and had a response within 24 hours. I was able to keep the boots, order a larger size and only pay shipping for the new boots! They arrived 2 weeks later and fit perfectly. I was very impressed with my beautiful red boots and the customer service, thank you. 5 stars!
I have purchased two pairs of SuperLadyStar boots and I absolutely love both pairs. They are very comfortable and I can wear them all day at work on my feet without needing to take them off to rest my feet. I certainly plan on buying some more shoes from them.
I had ordered size 37 however they were too big for me ...exchange was handled brilliantly I just needed to pay the dispatch costs and size 36 was sent immediately. Perfect fit and I can donate the other pair. How good is that ...thankyou

Love all your shoes I have 11 pair and I am 85 years old with past foot problems the last pair was too small, it was the correct size and I've never had that problem before but it was. You happily made me a new pair for the price of the postage and told me to gift the other pair which I did

These are beautiful shoes and well made. I love the detail and color. This pair did run small compared to two other pairs of shoes I bought. But customer service was wonderful about working with me. They are worth the wait. Will definitely buy more shoes!!
