I wear a 10.5 in boots but these cute pumps were too tight for my wide feet. However. I emailed customer service and they let me get another pair in a size 11. I just paid for shipping. The new shoes fit perfectly and I am so thrilled with the fit and the style. The bottom of the shoe has a thick rubber sole. You will not slip in these! Great shoes! I will buy again. My third purchase is on the way now!
They are beautiful. But, I will give them away. Not the fault of the shoes, but my arthritis is great toe. They were painful to wear. I am disappointed I cannot wear them.

I saw these gorgeous pumps on my sister and knew I had to have a pair. They are very well made and fit comfortably. The heel is just the right height. I can see various outfits being worn with these shoes due to the many colors blended throughout. The shipping was very timely as well. I am happy with my purchase. This is my 4th pair of shoes from Superladystar and I have never been disappointed.
Pumps are gorgeous and comfortable, but the counter is stiff (it could potentially cause skin grazing). I have painted the edge of the undersole by myself to add final detail. I think it was nice idea so maybe it could be nice to change the color of the rubber to get the best version of these shoes! I recommend to order half size smaller.

Shoes was the best and looks very beautiful with all my special outfit. But only issues was the shipment arrived after Christmas. I ordered this shoes for my Christmas Day outfit to wear and go to church. Unfortunately I have to buy new shoes again to wear on Christmas Day. Due to late arrival of my shoes. These are really nice. I'm a size 10.5 but the toe part was a little small. I was able to get a size up and just pay for shipping. This is my second purchase and I will buy again. My first purchase was a short boot and that size fit perfect but these are dress shoes and were snug at the toes. I would rate it at 5 stars if it wasn't for the strong chemical smell. It took 3 days and some Odorban sprays to get rid of the smell. Other than that, the shoes are awesome. Lots of compliments for the shoes!

I ordered a size 5. There is a gap in the heel of about 1/2 inch. I tried toe and heel fillers but they didn't do what I needed.
The shoe itself is absolutely beautiful and the sole is amazing. I desperately want to wear them to my daughter's wedding and will keep trying to find a solution to the gap.
