I absolutely love the shoes. I ordered 9 1/2 and they were just a tiny bit short. I was going to return them, but when I found out they had to go to China I decided to keep them. They suggested that I could have them stretched or keep them and they give me the right size for another $30 and I keep the old pair to sell. I thought that was very fair although when I got the package, the return address was New Jersey. So why do they have to go back to China???? Also, I received a message from the customer service people that they would give me $25 off on my next purchase of shoes. So I was very pleased with the customer service. I took the boots to a shoemaker. They stretched them and they are lovely. I’m very happy with them. I will definitely order more but a half size larger.
Love these shoes. They are comfy and I love the designs.
Shipping speed was slow, but I did order in the middle of holiday gift season so that needs to be considered. But they are worth the wait. I have a couple older pair also, and they are still going strong so they also last longer than a lot of other shoes making the cost reasonable.

I was so happy to receive my shoes. These were a gift to myself that I'd been wanting for a long time. I was unsure of what size to get, as my measurement sat between a 39 and 40 , I chose the 40 but I could have fitted the 39 nicely as I find them a little big on my feet. I could have sent them back, but I was so keen to wear them, that I just put on a thick sock and an insole. If I get the chance to order again, I will opt for the smaller size. These shoes are absolutely fantastic and so well made. I was very doubtful about placing an order but I’m so glad I did. I wear them all day at work and they are really comfortable, I will definitely be buying another pair.
I loved these shoes in the red so much that I also bought them in the navy (I may also buy the black version). They give a pop of colour and pattern to an outfit, and I love they way they fit. I have a high instep and a narrow heel, and these fit me with little trouble.
From my order to delivery was a bit poor as no communication.
One email saying you delivery is being shipped in a few day but tracking was not available.

I'm amazed at the workmanship of these beautiful shoe. I get compliments on them all the time. The leather is so soft but still strong enough for how I wear my shoes. I work in these all day, up and down stairs constantly. I'm very hard on shoes, most of the time I find that shoes don't stay looking good for more than a month or so. These ones still look like new, even after 2 months of constant wear. I love them.
I have been looking for red, low-heeled pumps in a style I liked for a while. Not dark red, or other shades, I mean RED. It's hard to find. I saw these and fell in love with them. After hemming and hawing a few weeks, I ordered the pumps. They were ordered May 9th and arrived at my doorstep in Canada May 26th, which is very reasonable for standard shipping. The design is embossed into the leather of the shoe, rather than painted on. I was worried about the fit as I have a very high instep, and shoes often do not accommodate it, but they fit perfectly right out of the box. They are comfortable for all day wear, and I get compliments on them. Definitely reccommend these.
Nice leather, exactly like the image shown. Delivery to NL took some time, but not too long. Have tried them on, but have 't walked with them yet. Assume they will fit to my feet
