I really love them! They are amazingly beautiful and well made. Only an irregularity one the sole of one boot, making a bit uncomfortable but as soon as I put à sole in it it’s perfect! It’s seems to have been made by hand so to me, it’s normal. And since they’re a tiny bit bigger than my regular fit (I usually wear 40 or 41 and ordered 41), a sole makes the fit perfect.
The shipping was a bit long but customer service kept me informed regularly about the process. Once shipped, it was easy to track. Really, I was impress of it all.
I recommend the product for sure!
I received these boots this past summer. I had to have a piece of leather put in on either side of the zipper. They were too small around the calf. Also buy them a size larger than you take. I did that and it worked out. They are beautiful.
Je viens de me rendre compte que l'intérieur des bottes commandées n'est pas en fourrure acrylique comme les mêmes que j'avais achetées il y a quelques années mais c'est au contraire une vulgaire doublure pas chaude du tout et la bordure est en fait un vulgaire plastique de recouvrement. Franchement pour le prix c'est abuser de la fidélité du client. Ce n'est pas correct de votre part vu le prix excessif de ces bottes. Je mets toujours les mêmes anciennes et je doute vraiment que celles-ci soient aussi chaudes. Je suis déçue et j'en parlerai sur les réseaux sociaux afin que les gens ne se fassent "piéger" comme moi !
Beautiful Boots! I get tons of compliments every time I go out. The only thing is, there is very little cushion in the bottom. I just put some arch supports in, and good to go. I have wide feet (DD) and they are great for my dogs!
Takes a long time to get their shoes and boots but I absolutely love them. Beautifully made and fits true to size. One issue is the smell when you get them. I have to leave them outside for 2 days before I can bring them in the house!
I love them lots of quality as different they look. Im usually 10 but got 10.5 just icase and they are prefect. I was nicely surprise how comfortable they are and delivery was quick
It took longer than usual to get them. The other pair still has not arrived and it has been a month now. But, the pair I did receive is beautiful! It is a true red which is exactly what I wanted. The fit is true to size, but, be aware that if your calf is large these boots might not work for you. This is not my first pair and will not be my last. Love their products.
These are the most beautiful pair of boots I own to date. I am very happy with the customer service. When I placed my order, I neglected to change the boot size and realized it after check-out. I called customer service with the correction and they made sure I got the correct size. The boots arrived in record time and the fit is just right. I will purchase again and again from Superladystar. The quality of their leather is excellent. I encourage others to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Love the boots, however sadly can't get them done up all way too top, design for very slim calfed people.
