Oh my gosh - I love this bag. I'd been looking for so long for the perfect bag - and I found it. The leather is soft and the colours are gorgeous. I love the back pack or over the shoulder option and is has plenty of room and pockets. I get compliments wherever I go!!! I'm also grateful that it was shipped from the US to Australia. This has quickly become my favourite every day handbag.
