Ordered over Christmas period so there was an issue with the speed of delivery. Contact with company was positive and timely.
However, they are well worth waiting for.

I bought these as an anniversary gift. My Wife loves them. Absolutely loves them and the fit is perfect. She wears a size 8 1/2 American and that’s what I ordered and she says they fit very well.
I paid extra for expedited shipping when it got closer I contacted them and they Delivered it ON TIME AS PROMISED 👍

The rainbow stitching on them was such a lovely surprise! They are the most comfy pair of boots i own now. They aren't as dark as in the website pictures, but they go with my wedding dress perfectly, I can not wait to wear them for the special day.
My wife really enjoyed these boots as a surprise. She said they fit true to size and were very comfortable. Really nice and fun set of boots for the holidays

I loved the boots but found them a little too big for a size five foot. They are more like a size 6. I will put an insole in them to make them fit better.
These boots are wonderful! They are so comfortable and well made. I don't want to take them off. They are the fifth pair I have and I get so many compliments on them. They really are unique.
A couple of dollars for shipping is not much, unsure of how much difference there would have been without shipping protection. Able to track the package

I love the shoes and boots. The only problem is that I ordered size 38 in the boot and received a size 39. I didn’t check until I wore them and found them to be a little large but I am wearing them with a thick sock. Would like you to be more careful in fulfillment in the future.
Otherwise the shoes are just fine in the size I ordered. Too bad that you goofed in the boot size.

These boots are a dream. Gorgeous green color, structured shape that fits beautifully and very comfortable. I must own at least 20 pairs of their boots and they are wonderful. People always admire them and ask me where I get them.
So pretty; just wish they had a little bit more Cush; no room for the insert, with my feet in these shoes! I can wear socks with all of my other purchases! :) <3

Love first ones too unfortunately stitching on one is coming undone right on top of the toe in a very obvious place.
I have hardly worn them i will post some photos. Can this issue be addressed please. Kind regards Shirley Campbell
